Even following Rich's website suggestion....it wouldn't take our ID and or DOC #'s..........and what's up with the outdated site (2009) anyway????? We are upset and frustrated as we feel that the state will dock us the $ 10. late fee even though we couldn't access the site!!!!! Both I and my sig. other tried to report w/o success on the day before it’s due.
